While it may not have registered on the radar screens of many American racing fans, Czech automaker Skoda took the top honors this year in the Intercontinental Rally Challenge. In the process they captured both the drivers' and manufacturers' titles against the likes of Ford, Subaru, Mitsubushi, Honda, Peugeot, Proton and Fiat/Abarth on special stages across Europe and a pair in South America. To celebrate, the Volkswagen subsidiary has launched a special edition of its Fabia RS hot hatch.
